I can't emphasize how important it is that we all watch this program. I truly believe that filling our bodies with healthy, nourishing foods is the key to preventing of all sorts of health issues as well as treating, managing, or reversing health issues that have already surfaced.
Jamie Oliver has the same beliefs and does a wonderful job in educating our nation on what we need to do to improve the health of our children and ourselves. This is one Reality TV show that I support 100%!
