How to Live to be 110 Years Old

Last August, I wrote this post about an Arizona man who had just celebrated his 109th birthday. Today, I came across the newsclip below about how he's still going strong at 110! He looks young and you can tell that his mind is alert and body is strong. His secrets? He walks every morning, reads a lot, does crossword puzzles, plays checkers, has a strong faith in God and eats mostly organic fruits and veggies.  He stays away from red meat and credits his longevity to these 5 foods, a secret from his father who lived to be 98:

  1. Garlic
  2. Honey
  3. Cinnamon
  4. Chocolate
  5. Olive Oil
