Counting calories, tracking macronutrients, or obsessing over a number on the scale is NOT how I roll. While these methods may work for some people, for me it's stressful and mentally exhausting.
I don't believe that one way of eating works for everyone and I don't believe that strict diets or quick fixes are effective long-term solutions for maintaining a healthy weight.
But I DO believe that you don't have to eat gross, bland, diet foods or feel deprived in order to have the body you want or feel the way you want to feel.
I believe that what you eat is only part of the health equation and that getting healthy is also about self care and adding more things into your life that bring you joy (other than food).
I also believe that coconut oil can cure just about anything :)
If you're into a more individualized approach (finding what works best for you) and if you're willing to make tons of mistakes along the way (and lovingly laugh at yourself in the process), you and I will get along great :)
