Cut apple in round slices or use an apple slicer to cut into wedges (as pictured). Spread nut/seed butter and sprinkle with cinnamon
2. OPEN-FACED CUCUMBER HUMMUS SANDWICHES
Slice cucumber into rounds and top with hummus
3. BANANA BURRITOS
Top romaine lettuce leaf with nut/seed butter, sliced banana, and a dash of cinnamon
4. TOMATO AVOCADO STACKS
Slice tomato and top with sliced avocado. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and top with sea salt and pepper
