- 1 Bunch Asparagus
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4-1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4-1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4-1/2 tsp Thyme
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Remove the tough ends off of the asparagus and discard.
- Wash the asparagus
- Place asparagus in a roasting pan or baking sheet in a single layer
- Drizzle the oil over the asparagus and toss together until well coated.
- Sprinkle with black pepper, sea salt and thyme
- Roast for 25-30 minutes
