All you need is one to satisfy the urge for peanut buttery chocolatey goodness.
Yields: 25 balls (1 tsp each)
- 1/2 cup Almond Meal
- 1/3 cup Organic Peanut Butter (with no salt or sugar added)
- 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
- 1 tbsp + 1/2 tsp Raw Honey
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- Sea Salt (to taste)
- Combine all ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Roll into 1 tsp balls and store in a covered container.
- Put in the refrigerator overnight.
- Serve and enjoy!
