Peanut Butter Chocolate Bliss Bites

All you need is one to satisfy the urge for peanut buttery chocolatey goodness.

Yields: 25 balls (1 tsp each)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Almond Meal
  • 1/3 cup Organic Peanut Butter (with no salt or sugar added)
  • 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbsp + 1/2 tsp Raw Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla
  • Sea Salt (to taste)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  2. Roll into 1 tsp balls and store in a covered container.
  3. Put in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
