Refreshing Sugar-Free Lemonade

This is the perfect drink to enjoy on a hot summer day or after a sweaty workout!

Refreshing Sugar-Free Lemonade

Yields: 1 Serving

INGREDIENTS

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 10 drops liquid stevia
  • Ice

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a 16oz glass, combine lemon juice, water & stevia
  2. Stir & add ice
  3. Drink up!

NOTES

  • For an even more refreshing experience, serve in a glass that's been chilling in the freezer. I highly recommend it
  • If you are looking for an alternative to soda, substitute sparkling water for the water to make this a refreshing bubbly beverage! I know people who have kicked the soda habit by replacing soda with this drink.
  • Feel free to use limes instead of lemons for a refreshing limeade!
