Easy Guacamole

If you don’t like raw onions, feel free to leave them out. The recipe still tastes great without it! I like to serve this with thickly sliced cucumbers, carrot sticks, and celery.

Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves (no stems)
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • Dash of paprika (optional)
Directions:
  1. Remove the pit and skin of the avocado
  2. In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
