1 mango
Juice of 1 lemon
Optional: A few drops of stevia (or sweetener of your choice) to taste
DIRECTIONS
Cut mango on all four sides to avoid the seed and scoop or cut out the "meat"
Place mango in food processor or in a high speed blender

Blend until smooth
Place in freezer for a few hours until it resembles the consistency of sorbet
Tip: Freeze the shell of the mango after you scoop out the meat. Use as the "bowl" for the sorbet
Adapted from Mimi Kirk's original recipe

If you have a food processor, you have homemade ice cream. Below I've compiled all of my ice cream recipes to date. They are SO easy to make that you can whip up a batch of this healthy treat in less than the time it'd take to drive to the store and buy a pint of mucus-forming, belly bloating, frozen junk "food".
