Raw Mango Sorbet
/Raw Vegan Mango Sorbet
Yields one 1/2 cup serving (small portion size for 1-2 people)
INGREDIENTS
- 1 mango 
- Juice of 1 lemon 
- Optional: A few drops of stevia (or sweetener of your choice) to taste 
DIRECTIONS
- Cut mango on all four sides to avoid the seed and scoop or cut out the "meat" 
- Place mango in food processor or in a high speed blender 
- Add the juice from 1 lemon and stevia (optional) 
- Blend until smooth 
- Place in freezer for a few hours until it resembles the consistency of sorbet 
Tip: Freeze the shell of the mango after you scoop out the meat. Use as the "bowl" for the sorbet
